A lot of people have been recently asking me this question, "how do you draw so well Roxcho?" heres the thing. To become a great artist, it takes time, that doesnt mean go steal someones art and say you drew it, or tracing over someones art. That doesnt make you a great artist, it only holds you back on your own skills. To become a great artist you have to figure out what are you able to draw at your best, meaning what do you draw the most that you know you can improve on over and over again. For example, you guys already know I can draw Sonic pretty well right?
That was something that i stayed on and improved on over the years, if you want to see how fast i changed just look through my galler, from the begining of it until now, thats how I have improved over these years. But you also have to respect others artist styles aswell. Ive been down this road before a few times. When ever I saw a great artist like Elson"

Tojyo, The man who created ore No Fuyu/Ore No Natsu Sonic, I wanted to draw just like them. And that where the error scomes in. If you try to draw like them you'll notice that you have dramatic errors in your art not only that trying to draw like them only make you be one step away from improving on your OWN style of art. I made that small error before.
Practice makes better, Not perfect. Everyone should go by that saying. Just because you can draw better than others doesnt make you the perfect or the overall artist of the month. Just because you draw really good now doesnt mena like 50 years later you can draw then. you'll never know what might happen to your art skills, thats why i practice everyday to hone in on my skills and keep them up at the top. BUT! by studying another artist is a good way to hone in on your skills, you just cant draw like them, THATS the only problem and error in becoming a great artist. Asking a person how they draw so well wont make you a better artist and it surely wont benifet them because usually most artist you find these days will rant about how great they are, that doesnt mean anyone on DA nor FA. I mean in general, around all of us. Just be proud of what you can do and be happy about it.
Just because someone doesnt comment or fave your art at the amount that you want it to be doesnt mean that they hate it. You or anyone just needs to spread out more. And PLZ NEVER EVER DO THIS--> never ask someone to watch them or anyone else. here is the reason, Without Autonomy the person feels that he/she doesnt have the guts to go out and meet new people, Deviants, or FA members such and such...They have to meet people on their own. If you are Bf/Gf its probably okay because you have close firend near by. but in general, just because soneone you recently met or know already doesnt have a bunch of watchers or faves/comments doesnt mean you have to do their job, Let Autonomy do the job and not doubt. If they cant expand and meet new people on their own whats the point of being here? Im only speaking the truth thats all. And the last thing, just because you wither get a lot of hate comments/notes/messages doesnt mean you ahve to leav DA. thats just bullsh!t to me. Forget what the haters are saying and move on with your account and grow with the little friends you have. AND never fear what people will say about art, because once you grow up and become a great artist you will get hate mail once in a while so dont be such a baby and keep submitting and move on.
I am sick and tired of people saying "im leaving Da because people hate me and they dont like my art" thats just because they are jealous or they feel that they dont have a lot of friends like you do. that doesnt mean you're better than them, just a better person.
And thats how you can become a great artst. Show no fear and keep moving that pencil. See ya!
